Camp ScheduleInstructional camp meetings are held at different times for both the women and men's officials during the three days of both Sessions. Guest speakers, Demonstrations, and Power Point Presentations will be made on important topics.The specific meeting times will be communicated once the game schedules for the tournament are finalized. These will be part of the Instructional Materials Packet handed out at the first meeting. Tournament schedule of games begin at 8:30 AM with the last game being played no later than 8:30 PM. Each official will work 4-6 games during the Session enrolled. Individual camper schedules that need to be adjusted to fit home work requirements will be accommodated by the Staff. Informal nightly meetings and socializing occurs regularly with an All-Camp social planned for the evening of July 23 at the hotel headquarters. This is for both camp sessions including all campers, staff and guests.
